What is the AusBiotech 2025 app?
The AusBiotech 2025 event app will be available for download in the apple and android app stores closer to the start of the event and the link will be emailed to all registered delegates.
Downloading the AusBiotech 2025 app gives you access at your fingertips to:
- The conference program
- Browse speakers, partners, and exhibitors
- Update your profile photo
- Create your own personal agenda
- Connect with other attendees
Where can I find who is attending AusBiotech International Conference 2025?
If you are registered for AusBiotech International Conference 2025, a delegate list will be emailed to you shortly before the event and after the event. A delegate list will also be available in the AusBiotech International Conference 2025 event app.
Will I have access to the delegates list?
Yes, the full delegate list will be emailed to all delegates a week before the conference and an updated version after the event.

Pricing will vary on if you are member of AusBiotech, which pass type you purchase, how many days you will be attending and if you wish to attend any of the optional functions at AusBiotech International Conference 2025.
What is included in my registration for the AusBiotech International Conference 2025?
Depending on your registration pass and the day of your attendance, you will receive the following inclusions:
- Access to the exhibition hall **
- Attendance to program sessions (including the Early-Stage Innovation Forum) **
- A profile on our AusPartnering platform *
- Attendance to networking functions: Welcome or Closing Receptions **
- Supplied morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea **
- Access to the AusBiotech 2025 event app
*Only 3-day full conference passes (not including student passes or academic/clinician pass) include access to AusPartnering. Those purchasing a 3-day Academic/Clinician Pass will have the option to upgrade their registration to include access to AusPartnering for an additional cost.

What are the pricing periods?
The pricing periods for AusBiotech International Conference 2025 are as follows:
- Early Bird Pricing: 12 June 2025 to 12 September 2025
- Standard Pricing: 13 September 2025 to 3 October 2025
- Late Pricing: 4 October 2025 to 20 October 2025
What do I do if I haven't received a confirmation email or invoice?
Please check your inbox and spam folder for an email from events@ausbiotech.org with the subject line “AusBiotech 2025 | Registration Confirmation”. If payment has been made for your registration, this email will include the invoice for your registration.
If you have not received this email or are missing your invoice, please send an email to events@ausbiotech.org from the email address associated with your registration. We may possibly ask for a payment confirmation for this registration, so please ensure that you have this on hand.
Can I edit the information in my registration?
A link to update your information was included in the confirmation email sent to you upon registering. This link will allow you to update your position, additional emails, phone numbers, address, special requests, industry sector and, if eligible, your AusPartnering status.
To update further information on your registration, please contact events@ausbiotech.org.
Can I upgrade my registration?
Yes, to upgrade your registration, please email events@ausbiotech.org with your name, email address and the name of the pass that you would like to upgrade to. The AusBiotech events team will then be able to send a payment link to confirm your upgrade.
Can I share my registration on site with another delegate?
AusBiotech International Conference registrations are only valid for the named attendee only. Transferring of registrations during the duration of the conference is prohibited and security personnel will be on site.
If you wish to transfer your registration prior to the conference, please refer to the answer in the question above.
How do I transfer or cancel my registration for AusBiotech International Conference 2025?
If you wish to transfer your registration, please email events@ausbiotech.org with the following information:
- Your name
- The email address associated with your registration
- The name of your replacement and their title (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr, Prof., etc)
- The email address of your replacement
- The company name of your replacement and their position
- Confirmation that they will be attending the same functions you had signed up for
If you wish to cancel your registration, please first read the AusBiotech cancellation and refund policy. Once you have read this, please contact events@ausbiotech.org.

The AusBiotech 2025 program can be viewed under the program tab “Session Program” on our website once the agenda has been published.
How do I express my interest in being a speaker?
For the AusBiotech International Conference 2025, speaker expressions of interest are now closed, and we are no longer accepting session submissions. If you would like to register your interest to be a part of the AusMedtech 2026 program, please keep an eye on your inbox and our LinkedIn page for updates.

How do I obtain an invitation letter to support my Visa Application?
Delegates must have registered and paid the required registration fees before requesting an official letter of invitation.
Once you have registered for AusBiotech International Conference 2025, please email events@ausbiotech.org with your name and registration number. With this information we will be able to provide you with a letter confirming your attendance.
Please note that AusBiotech will not be able to contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office on behalf of a delegate.
Where can I find photos or videos of AusBiotech International Conference 2025?
The AusBiotech International Conference 2025 photos will be available shortly after the event. They will be available on our website, and you will receive an email once they are released.
