Terms & Conditions

  • The EOFY Special Offer is available to eligible purchasers who register for an Early Bird ticket and enter the promotional code EOFY10 at checkout between the promotion start date and 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2026.
  • The promotional code provides an additional 10% discount off the applicable Early Bird ticket price and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount offer unless otherwise stated.
  • To be eligible for the prize draw, entrants must complete and pay for their ticket registration using the code EOFY10 by 11:59pm (AEST) on 30 June 2026.
  • One (1) prize winner will be selected by random draw conducted at AusBiotech, Level 33, 477 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 3 July 2026.
  • The winner will receive a refund equivalent to the purchase price paid for their ticket.
    The winner may elect to receive the prize either:
    (a) as a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase; or
    (b) as a complimentary code for a second ticket of equivalent value.
  • The winner will be notified by email and telephone on 6 July 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days, the promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash other than as expressly provided in these terms.
  • By entering the prize draw, entrants consent to the promoter using their name and organisation for promotional purposes in connection with the draw, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
